Q. Your favourite hairdressing memory?
A. Supporting clients who are going through an emotionally challenging time, prior to beginning chemotherapy. Helping them to take the plunge of chopping their locks before they start treatment is a privilege and always humbles me as a stylist. I always aim to make an incredibly difficult time even a fraction easier emotionally and physically.
